Submitting a notice
A copyright complaint should identify the protected work, identify the material claimed to be infringing, provide the exact page location, include the sender’s contact details, and contain the required good-faith and accuracy statements.
Signature
The notice should include the physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or a person authorized to act for the rights holder.
Counter-notice
A person whose material was removed may submit a legally compliant counter-notice containing identification of the material, the basis for restoration, contact details, jurisdiction consent where required, and a signature.

Repeat issues
The publisher may take appropriate action regarding repeated valid infringement complaints, consistent with applicable law and hosting-provider requirements.
